Hello everyone!

My name is Désirée Tan. I have been coaching at a club, state, and national junior level for 8 years now. I have experience across men's and women's volleyball, most notably winning league championships in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. I have also won a bronze medal at a state level as an assistant coach. I have been involved in the Australian national junior program since 2019, and most recently with the WA Steel, the senior state team in Western Australia. This is my first professional contract, and it is so exciting for me to be here and to follow my dreams!

I have loved every second so far and am hoping for huge success over the next few months.
